Nanda Global Solar Private Limited is incorporated with the objective of establishing a state-of-the-art solar manufacturing facility focused on producing high-efficiency solar photovoltaic cells and ready-to-use solar modules. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Andhra Pradesh, India, the company is committed to supporting India’s renewable energy transition and contributing to the global clean energy ecosystem. NGSPL aims to develop scalable manufacturing capabilities with a long-term vision of phased capacity expansion, advanced technology adoption, and integration across the solar value 

Manufacturing Vision

Nanda Global Solar Private Limited plans to establish:

  • Up to 5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity

  • Up to 600 MW of solar module manufacturing capacity

These facilities will be designed to meet international quality standards while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in every stage of production.

Mr. Kanna Nagaraju is an experienced entrepreneur and industrial leader with a strong background in infrastructure development, urban governance, and large-scale project execution.
He holds a technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering and brings proven leadership across both public administration and private enterprise.
Mr. Nagaraju previously served as the Former Mayor of Guntur Municipal Corporation, leading key urban development and infrastructure modernization initiatives.


His experience working closely with State and Central Government bodies provides valuable expertise in regulatory processes and large-scale manufacturing projects.

Kanna Phaneendra MBA

Co-Founder 

Mr. Kanna Phaneendra is an experienced entrepreneur and strategic leader with nearly two decades of business experience, having begun his entrepreneurial journey in 2007.
He has led and scaled ventures across infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, pharmacy, sustainable agriculture, and technology-driven sectors.


Mr. Phaneendra brings strong expertise in project planning, capital structuring, statutory compliance, supply chain management, and large-scale operations.
His experience in manufacturing setup, EPC coordination, and regulatory engagement supports efficient execution and long-term stability of solar manufacturing projects.


Daruvuri Prudhvi Raj B.Tech

Co-Founder

Mr. Daruvuri Prudhvi Raj is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in managing and operating industrial and infrastructure-related businesses.
He has led multiple ventures across infrastructure development, construction, quality supervision, and material supply, bringing strong operational and leadership expertise.
Mr. Prudhvi Raj has extensive experience in planning, commissioning, and day-to-day management of industrial units, including compliance, procurement, manpower, and financial control.
As a Co-Founder, he provides strategic guidance and execution leadership to ensure efficient project delivery and sustainable growth.

N Srinivas

Technical Director 

Mr. N. Srinivas is a senior solar manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience across the complete photovoltaic value chain, including wafer, cell, and module manufacturing.
He brings deep expertise in plant engineering, technology selection, process automation, and capacity scale-up for large-scale solar manufacturing facilities.
Mr. Srinivas has successfully led giga-scale expansion projects, including increasing manufacturing capacity from 5 MW to 220 MW and managing large greenfield solar projects.
His strong blend of technical, operational, and strategic leadership supports efficient execution and long-term sustainability of advanced solar manufacturing programs.
